Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Back Office Manager to oversee the essential support functions that keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that all back office processes are efficient, well-coordinated, and aligned with our organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the back office operations, including administration, finance, human resources, and IT support
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the back office team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets
- Analyze and report on operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery and costs
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in back office management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in financial management or human resources
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for process automation

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
