Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of aviation practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine operational procedures, enhancing efficiency and safety across all flight operations.
- Provide mentorship and training to aviation staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aviation operations, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and safety management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with flight operations management systems and aviation safety software.
- Certification from a recognized aviation authority.
