Role Overview
The Principal Deputy Attorney General serves as a key leader and advisor within the Department of Justice, responsible for overseeing legal strategies and ensuring the effective representation of the state in various legal matters. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a strong background in civil and criminal law.
- Proven track record of successful litigation and legal strategy development.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing legal teams.
- Deep understanding of state and federal legal systems and procedural frameworks.
Preferred:
- Experience in a government or public sector legal environment.
- Background in policy advocacy or legislative affairs.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
