Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within our organization. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-site management, particularly in a retail or service-oriented environment.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
