Role Overview

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans and promotional activities
- Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate product performance and make informed decisions on inventory management and pricing strategies
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track merchandising effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or related field, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize product assortments
- Expertise in product lifecycle management and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for developing and inspiring teams
Preferred:
- Experience within e-commerce or digital merchandising environments
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavior
- Proven experience with visual merchandising and branding strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in merchandising software and analytics tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing technologies
- Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
