Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Anode Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in the production of high-quality anodes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the anode production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Analyze production metrics and develop action plans to address any inefficiencies or quality issues, utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and maintenance, to ensure seamless production flow and equipment reliability.
- Mentor and develop production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including performance reports and compliance records.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, driving performance and engagement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in the battery materials or related industries.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Knowledge of anode production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor production performance.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
