Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Anesthesia or a related field
- Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
- 5+ years of clinical experience in anesthesia
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within an anesthesia department
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience in a variety of surgical settings, including outpatient and inpatient
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of anesthesia pharmacology and physiology
- Proficiency in monitoring and diagnostic equipment used in anesthesia
