Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pilot with a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Extensive experience in flight operations, particularly in air tour or related operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior pilots.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with crew, passengers, and regulatory bodies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with flight operations management or in a Chief Pilot role.
- Type ratings in multiple aircraft used in air tour operations.
- Experience in developing training programs and materials for pilot education.
