Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Associate AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of AI-driven products, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance user experiences and deliver value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product strategy and roadmap for AI-based features and functionalities.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
- Write clear and detailed product specifications and user stories to guide development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product iterations.
- Support go-to-market strategies and product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in AI or technology-driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and technologies.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
