Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Admissions Manager to join our dynamic admissions team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in admissions or enrollment management, preferably in higher education.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using admissions management software and CRM systems.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting related to admissions metrics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for recruitment purposes.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with admissions software such as Slate, PowerCampus, or similar platforms.
- Ability to leverage social media for outreach and engagement purposes.
