Over the past seven years I have developed hands-on expertise in live production, master control, transmission, and IP-based broadcast infrastructures. At Mediaset España I led the technical operations for daytime and prime-time playout systems, managing Grass Valley and Ross Video automation and reducing on-air incidents by 40% through improved monitoring and SOPs. While at a regional facility supporting Atresmedia affiliates, I implemented AES67/Dante audio over IP and SMPTE ST 2110 trial workflows that lowered latency in live OBs and simplified routing between venues. I also have extensive experience with SDI, NDI, DVB-T/T2 transmitters, H.264/H.265 encoders, CDN ingest, and monitoring tools (Probe, ETR 290 alarms), and I regularly use tools such as OBS, FFmpeg, and Telestream for troubleshooting and test streaming. In addition, I run preventive maintenance programs for RF transmitters and contributed to a transmitter site upgrade that improved uptime from 96.2% to 99.6% over 12 months.
