About the Team

We empower data-informed decisions by building analytical solutions for Zoom's products. Our team partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to extract insights and drive innovation. We balance delivering behavioral insights with meeting privacy and regulatory requirements globally.

What we’re looking for

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Demonstrate 6+ years of experience building data applications and developing backend services in production environments.

• Apply advanced SQL and data modeling skills to design and optimize scalable data architectures.

• Develop applications using Python or Java with hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, including experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.

• Design event-driven data pipelines using technologies such as Kafka, SQS, or Kinesis.

• Utilize modern data engineering tools such as dbt and Snowflake in production workflows.

• Leverage AI-enabled development environments or agentic workflows to accelerate development and improve data operations.
