This Data and Reporting Analyst role plays a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights by developing dashboards, generating recurring and ad hoc reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling reports that drive informed decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years' experience in providing qualitative or quantitative data compilation, analysis, and reporting, and database management, IT maintenance and support, software application troubleshooting and helpdesk support
- SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools including Power BI and tableau
- Strong mathematical skills, data modeling, and the ability to analyze, model, and interpret data
