Supervisor Operations - 2nd Shift

Zebra is seeking a Supervisor Operations in Kenosha, Wisconsin to manage people, process, and non-conformance within a quality control area. The role involves supervising direct reports, ensuring equipment processing, performance evaluation, and coordinating with Human Resources. Requirements

• 6+ years experience including minimum 1 year as team lead /supervisor
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and analytic al skills
• Intermediate level skills in MS Office and Microsoft systems
• Knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines
