About the Client:
Our client is a rapidly scaling creative performance agency producing high-volume ad campaigns for global brands. They focus on result-driven content and winning creative strategies.

About the Role:

The Operations Manager ensures the creative pipeline runs flawlessly. You will handle all backend operations, managing creators, editors, deadlines, assets, approvals, reminders, and automations - so strategists can focus solely on growth and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 21-day cycle for each client (Week 1: strategy setup, Week 2: creator shoots, Week 3: edits & delivery).

• Keep creators and editors on track with daily follow-ups.

• Convert onboarding forms into organized tasks in Notion.

• Maintain Slack channels with timely updates.

• Assign cuts, track revisions, and update Frame.io statuses.

• Set up simple automations in Zapier and Slack to remove manual tasks.

• Organize raw files, final files, thumbnails, and versions.

• Send client updates and flag blockers quickly.

• Maintain Notion databases, pipelines, statuses, and SOPs.

• Recruit creators, confirm shoot dates, chase product delivery, and manage briefs.

• Keep a todays plan overview for the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong agency or creative operations experience.

• Comfortable managing high-volume video production.

• Excellent written English.

• Proficient in Slack, Notion, Frame.io, Google Drive.

• Basic Zapier skills or willingness to learn quickly.

• Obsessed with organization and follow-through.

• Able to handle pressure and stay calm.

Bonus:

• Experience with UGC creators.

• Familiarity with ad creative structures (hooks, cuts, versions).

• Experience working Manila-based with AU or US time zones.

• Can build automations independently.

• Salary: $1,800$ - 2,000 USD
