The company specializes in anti-theft parcel boxes designed to protect deliveries from theft and weather conditions. Their products aim to provide homeowners with secure, weatherproof solutions for package deliveries, ensuring peace of mind and enhancing home security. In addition to parcel boxes, it offers customizable house numbers to complement their products and personalize home exteriors.

About the Role
Were looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for aesthetics, strong Photoshop expertise, and a passion for creating clean, premium visuals. Youll work with a mix of AI-generated imagery (we'll provide the prompts) and photoshoot assets, bringing your editing and art direction skills to elevate visuals to a campaign-ready standard.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling someone who can take a raw photo and turn it into a refined, brand-aligned creative asset ready for ads, campaigns, and product pages.

What You'll Be Doing

• Using AI tools to generate image foundations and refining them into high-end, editorial-quality visuals.

• Applying advanced Photoshop techniques (layers, masks, blending, color grading, smart objects, and generative fill) to create cohesive, elevated compositions.

• Retouching and enhancing imagery with precision, including:

  • Correcting lighting and shadows naturally

  • Retouching skin while keeping texture intact

  • Balancing tones and colors for a clean, polished finish

  • Enhancing fabric, texture, and depth for realistic, premium results

• Preparing final assets for ecommerce, marketing campaigns, and product pages.

• Collaborating closely with the Founder to translate creative direction into visually striking outcomes.

• Managing workflow and communication efficiently through Slack and ClickUp.

What Were Looking For

• Advanced Photoshop expertise, including non-destructive workflows and generative AI tools.

• Proven experience in photo retouching, compositing, and post-production.

• A strong eye for fashion, lighting, composition, and detail.

• Ability to make visuals look clean, premium, and cohesive across brand touchpoints.

• Fast, detail-oriented, and highly reliable in meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative remote setup.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of short-form video editing (e.g., cutting, pacing, and repurposing for ads/social media).

Offer & Working hours

• 2000$USD/monthbasesalary + quarterly performance bonus.
• 20 Days annual leave + 10 days for sick leave.
• B2B Freelance Contract
• full-time role (8 hours per day) and can be performed from any time zone, with some overlap with the Australian time zone required for streamlined communication.
