Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Email Designer with expertise in e-commerce to join our client's dynamic team. You'll collaborate closely with teammates, including copywriters, account managers, and Klaviyo technicians, to create exceptional email designs. This role requires strong design skills, effective communication, and hands-on experience with e-commerce email marketing, UI/UX, and other marketing design tasks. You'll be responsible for designing 6-10 emails per day, ensuring both creativity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging, high-quality email campaigns for e-commerce clients
Push creative boundaries and take design risks to deliver outstanding results; designing 6-10 emails per day
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive and impactful email content
Maintain open and effective communication with team members, attending all relevant calls and meetings
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
Complete and uphold internal training, standards, and core values
Contribute to strategies for enhancing client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email design, particularly for E-commerce clients
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication (C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
Experience managing recurring client projects and delivering high volumes of design work

Our Offer:
Full-time, fully remote position
Compensation: $1,750-$2,000 per month
Working hours: 9 AM-5 PM EST
Freelance contract (independent contractor) - You will be responsible for your own taxes
