POSITION PURPOSE
TheDigital Asset Manager oversees the organization,governanceand optimization of YPO’s marketingassets to ensure efficient access, brandconsistencyand long-term value. This role manages the department’s digital asset management (DAM) systems and related tools, developing clear processes for storing, tagging,distributingandmaintainingcreative files, photography,videoand other marketing resources. The Digital Asset Manager will partner closely withtheCreative & Brand Experienceand Technology teams to create a centralized,intuitiveand scalable asset ecosystem that supports YPO’s global brand storytelling and operational excellence.
This is a 6 month contract engagement with possibility for renewal.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the organization and day-to-day management of YPO’s DAM platforms.
Develop andmaintainmetadata schemas, tagging standards and folder structures to ensure assets are searchable and easy to retrieve.
Monitor asset uploads, usage,permissionsand version control tomaintainquality and compliance.
Manage integrations between the DAM and related systems (e.g.Hive, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cvent, OneDrive,Optimizely,etc.)
Establish clear policies and workflows for asset intake, approval,archivingandexpiration.
Ensure all assetsacross all platforms, including those not owned by Marcoms,meet brand,leveland accessibility requirements.
Partner with creative teams tomaintainaccuratenaming conventions and metadata practices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure content accuracy,permissionsintegrityand compliance with data security standards.
Recommend enhancements to improve system usability,efficiencyand adoption.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to onboard team members and partners toDAMbest practices.
Provide ongoing support for internal users, ensuring adoption of systems and adherence toestablishedprocesses.
Build cross-departmental relationships to ensure the DAM supports organizational priorities and evolving needs.
Track and report on asset usage, adoption and efficiency metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor trends and emerging technologies in digital asset management to keep systems current and competitive.

Experience managing system integrations.
Highly proficient with DAM platforms (Box and Cantopreferred).
EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND
5+years ofexperience in digital asset management, marketing operations, creative productionmanagementora relatedfield.
Demonstrated experience organizing andmaintaininglarge-scale digital libraries for marketing and creative organizations.
Familiarity with metadata standards, rightsmanagementand workflow automation.
Experience with DAM integrations (e.g.Hive, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cvent, OneDrive,Optimizely,etc.)
Experience supportingglobal or multi-team marketingdepartmentsa plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Certification or formal training in digital asset management or informationarchitecturea plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate members and team members in multiple time zones.
Ability to provide personal computing equipment compatible with organizational security standards.
