Youth 2030 Movement

Our customers face a democratic deficit where young voices are systematically excluded from decision-making processes, which is why we at Youth 2030 Movement are dedicated to tearing down the barriers between youth and power. We believe that a democracy is only truly representative when it includes citizens of all ages, and we work tirelessly to ensure that young people in Sweden have the power and influence to shape both society and their own lives. Our mission is grounded in the conviction that excluding youth leads to poorer decisions and a weaker democracy, whereas inclusion fosters innovation, resilience, and justice.

We address this challenge by creating concrete platforms for dialogue and co-creation between young people and decision-makers in municipalities, regions, and government agencies. Through initiatives like 'Youth Up North' and 'Demokratifonden', we provide the tools, funding, and networks necessary for young people to organize and drive change in their local communities. We also advocate for structural reforms, such as lowering the voting age to 16, to institutionalize youth influence. By educating decision-makers on how to effectively include young perspectives and empowering youth with the skills to navigate political systems, we are building a movement that not only demands a seat at the table but actively redesigns the table itself for a more inclusive future.
