The IT & Development Lead will lead and mentor IT and Development teams, set direction and priorities, and be the go-to person for all tech-related initiatives. The role involves owning system reliability, security, and uptime, managing tools and vendors, and building IT processes that scale with the company.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience managing IT or dev teams
  • 2-3 years of hands-on programming experience
  • Fluency in JavaScript (Node/React), Python, or PHP
  • Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Ability to work the graveyard shift (11:30 PM – 8:30 AM PH Time)
