RPA Technical Lead/ Project Manager

Job Description

• Technical Lead/PM with overall 10-12 years of experience who can work with Sales team in the RPA domain.
  
• Excellent communication skills required to interact and support customer.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with CxO’s
  
• Good Understanding of various RPA Tools and technologies (UiPath, Blue prism, AA etc.)
  
• Able to conduct/understand RPA discovery and feasibility,
  
• Analyze RPA ROI and identify easy RPA wins for the customer.
  
• Must have handled RPA implementation of at least 5+ RPA business processes.
  
• Good to have – implementation experience of large RPA projects.
  
• Good Domain knowledge on areas related to RPA process implementation like Finance, HR, Healthcare, Banking etc)
  
• Good knowledge on cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
  
• Experience with Dev ops, CICD
  
• Good project management skills in executing/implementing RPA projects.
  
• Experience in Agile methodology implementation and execution.
