United States onlyThe Senior Salesforce System Administrator & Developer will serve as an expert on the Salesforce platform and any additional applications that interact with Salesforce. This individual will work with leadership and stakeholders from all departments to ensure that the Xtreme Lashes Salesforce Org meets business needs and runs smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience working as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Developer
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst and Platform App Builder Certifications preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent at prioritization, time- and expectations-management
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and resourceful
- Able to work with a positive attitude in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment
- Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
- Proficient at creating reports, analyzing them, and providing feedback to stakeholders
- Strong analytical, researching, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Demonstrated ability to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks
