These tasks interest you

• You will take responsibility in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified S oftware Engineers, UI/UX Experts, Agile Coaches and Product Owners on high-quality software solutions.
• You will help our customers to design and implementcomplex and versatile software projects.
• You will live with us the agile software development in daily scrums, reviews with customers and retrospectives with the support of our agile coaches.
• You design long-lasting software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally.
• You use DevOps methods to quickly add value to end users and get feedback.
• You will implement new and stable technologies in appropriate positions.
• You will work self-organized in your project team and take on responsibility.
• You will actively help to shape XITASO.

That makes you stand out

• You have several years of practical experience in software development .
• You have a broad understanding of technology and concepts and follow current developments.
• You live high quality ; what this includes for you isunit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns, refactoring, conceptual clarity, and modular architectures.
• You bring openness to “AI for Software Engineering” and are eager to use tools like Claude Code, Open Code, and GitHub Co-Pilot in our client projects; experience is a plus – what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• You enjoy working on challenging architectural issues together with your team and project stakeholders.
• Youcoach less experienced colleagues and help them on their way to becoming a Senior Software Engineer.
• You communicate openly and honestly , give constructive criticism, and accept feedback.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) for clear communication within the team and with our partners.

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 56,000 – 66,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
