Solve & Dispatch - First level support consultant Remote in Mexico City
We are looking for a First Level Support Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving issues in critical business systems, acting as a software detective to ensure stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Provide guidance and training to team members on tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes.
Technical Skills Required:
Intermediate proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
Knowledge of Incident Management and ServiceNow is recommended.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application support or related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English (Advanced, C1).
Proactive, responsible, empathetic, and collaborative team player.
Location & Schedule:
Remote work based in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco).
Monday to Friday, 09:00 18:00
