Mexico onlySeeking Experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant for Long-Term Project (Remote in Mexico City)
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP PM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, and driving continuous improvement through SAP Plant Maintenance expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and design system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess current business models and define future-state solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop process maps and detailed documentation for current and future processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for seamless integration.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users to improve system adoption.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to key project decisions.
- Lead and support team activities, ensuring effective collaboration.
Technical Skills Required:
With over 7 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, you must be proficient in:
- Advanced expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within SAP environments
- Strong knowledge of process design and system integration
Nice to have:
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- SAP Materials Management (MM)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- English level: Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1)
- Strong communication, empathy, commitment, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Location & Schedule:
- Remote role based in Mexico City (Miguel Hidalgo)
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
