- Du verantwortest die vollständige Überarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Handbuchs – praxisnah, präzise, aktuell.
- Du schreibst Anleitungen und Workflows, die direkt aus deiner Erfahrung mit Xentral und operativen Prozessen gespeist sind.
- Du bringst dein Wissen aus echten Use Cases ein und übersetzt es in verständliche, zielgruppengerechte Dokumentation – vom Lagerprozess bis zur Shop-Anbindung.
- Du definierst gemeinsam mit dem Team klare Dokumentationsstandards und eine einheitliche ERP-Terminologie.
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen: Customer Support, Onboarding, Produktmanagement, Technik und unseren Partnern.
- Du entwickelst neue Ideen zur Wissensvermittlung (z. B. Tutorials, Videos, interaktive Hilfen) und testest passende Tools und Formate.
Dein Profil:
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre operative Erfahrung mit Xentral – z. B. in Logistik, E-Commerce, Fulfillment oder ERP-Prozessmanagement.
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für ERP-Systeme und deren Rolle in komplexen Geschäftsprozessen mit.
- Du erkennst Zusammenhänge und Abhängigkeiten in Geschäftsabläufen schnell und hast Freude daran, diese verständlich und strukturiert aufzubereiten – für Kunden, Partner und interne Teams.
- Du erklärst gerne komplexe Themen, bist kommunikativ stark und kannst dich gut in unterschiedliche Zielgruppen hineinversetzen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer oder prozessbezogener Dokumentation – idealerweise im ERP- oder SaaS-Umfeld.
- Du bist technisch affin: Begriffe wie CSV, XML, API oder Datenmapping sind dir nicht fremd, und du bringst eine gesunde Neugier für Tools und Technologien mit.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und selbstständig, denkst unternehmerisch und verlierst auch bei wechselnden Anforderungen nicht den Überblick.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und (sehr) gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du arbeitest gerne cross-funktional mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und hast Lust, unsere Dokumentationslandschaft gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln
- Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Tools Paligo, Zendesk, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Plattformen. Vollzeit- aber auch Teilzeit möglich.
