Senior Full Stack Developer

What is the position?

As SeniorFull Stack Developer, you know all there is to know about software development.You are passionate about the backend of applications as well as the frontend ofthe system. Through your understanding of databases, servers and clients, you havea holistic view on the architecture of the complete system. You know and use awide range of different technologies and languages to develop applications.

What are you going to do?

You will be working on different softwareprojects with an experienced team. Together with the team, you will determinethe technical approach to solve an issue, code the technical solution and test thecode quality. Your daily activity will be to produce scalable softwaresolutions, as well as maintaining or upgrading existing solutions. As a thoughtleader and expert of different technologies, you understand the differentapproaches we can take and you will provide your professional expertise onarchitecture (both server-side and client-side) and execution. You will also shareyour vision on technological opportunities you get excited about.

At XABLU, team is our number onepriority. Therefore, you will also provide code reviews and receive code reviewsfrom colleagues. As a team, you will carry the responsibility for the technicalarchitecture, code quality and final deliverables.

Who are we lookingfor?

You have a vision on where we should move to and how to getthere.Your extensive knowledge of both frontend and backendtechnologies allow you to design both client-side and server-side architecture.You have excellent communication skills and can easily work together with colleagues,product owners and clients. You have an eye for detail and are extremelymotivated to fix any bug that might come along. You can develop and managewell-functioning databases and applications. You are intrigued by thepossibilities of API’s and microservices. Moreover, you document your code welland invest in technical documentation so the team is always on the same page,also in the future.

We are looking for a grounded person who keeps calm during busy days and is able toreflect this on others. When there is some quick solution thinking necessary,you already have some options in mind and ready to share it with the team. Youknow how to provide guidance to others, not just because you have the knowledgeavailable but also because it comes naturally to you.

·Experience developing mobile applications

·Experience with designing the client-sideand server-side architecture

·Experience with multiple front-endlanguages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

·Experience with multiple back-endlanguages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular,React, Node.js)

·Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL,MongoDB)
