Position Description: We are looking for Intern to join our team for an eight-week period, lasting from early June to early August, 2024. The internship requires 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have completed at least two years of undergraduate curriculum in business, finance, or information systems from of an accredited institution. Our internship program provides an opportunity for the student to gain practical experience in business analysis, project management, functional testing and train with finance technology professionals having more than 15 years of experience in this space.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with Finance technology staff in support of internal clients and finance team engagements
- Attends regular Team Meetings with technology and functional teams
- Learns about the following:
- Finance Platforms
- Technical and business requirement gathering
- Business Analysis
- Functional testing and validation
- Project Management
Provides suggestions for improving internal processes

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The hourly compensation being offered for this role is $18-20/hour USD. This role is eligible for overtime.
