We were born out of necessity. As a practicing ENT surgeon, our founder, Dr. Lawrence Gordon, experienced firsthand the immense challenges of balancing the art of medicine with the business of running a practice. He envisioned a world where technology could alleviate the administrative burdens that so often distract physicians from their primary focus: patient care. This vision led to the creation of WRS Health in 1999, and although we officially opened our doors in 2005 with just three employees, our commitment to that founding principle has never wavered. We are a physician-owned company, and that perspective is at the core of everything we do. We understand the daily struggles, the workflow bottlenecks, and the overwhelming data entry that can plague a medical practice. Our purpose is to build a reliable, all-in-one platform that empowers practices to operate with greater efficiency and profitability.

Our approach is centered on the clinician. We provide not just software, but a comprehensive suite of solutions encompassing people, processes, and tools to remove the obstacles that stand in the way of exceptional patient care. We're more than just an EHR and Practice Management software provider; we are a partner dedicated to the success of the practices we serve. We offer operational guidance, process improvements, and staff training to ensure that our technology is leveraged to its fullest potential. We thrive on solving the complex problems that physicians face every day, filtering out the noise and streamlining workflows. Our team is global, and we believe the diversity of our employees' voices, ideas, and experiences is a driving force behind the positive change we bring to the healthcare system. We are passionate about helping physicians build thriving practices known for outstanding care and maintaining the excellent reputation they deserve.
