Join the World Vision Canada team and work as a Grant Management Consultant. The position involves providing grant management expertise to optimize resources and ensure institutional donor-funded projects are implemented in line with approved project design documents, donor agreements, and World Vision standards.
Requirements
- University degree in international development, community/social development, business development, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of demonstrated experience managing or advising on institutional donor-funded international grants and projects.
- Strong experience applying Results-Based Management approaches and designing or supporting Monitoring & Evaluation systems.
- Proven experience supporting or coordinating remote, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams delivering development projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly for diverse audiences.
