PRIMARY DUTIES
- Provide technical project management leadership and support on client and internal IT projects; support the planning, execution, monitoring, management and closure of technology projects
- Operationalize all technology in support of new customer launches, client technology upgrades & migrations; this includes configuring, testing and integrating technology solutions into Working Solutions’ production environment and processes
- Research, design, deploy, configure and maintain WSOL-hosted platform solutions (e.g. Bright Pattern telephony, Secure Remote Worker, Island browser, Xtium, Guidejar, etc.). Serve as a technical Subject Matter expert/owner on one or more key technologies
- Provide technical consulting and support to client and internal teams; advise on the design, deployment, configuration, support and operationalization of technology solutions.
- Provide proactive Problem Management analysis and address Incident trends and issues
- Provide Change and Release Management leadership on technology initiatives
- Vendor Management: Oversee WSOL-hosted technology vendor activities to ensure they meet WSOL deliverables and commitments
- Design and deploy process improvements, tools, policies, and procedures across the organization
- Create technical and process documents, job aids, standard operating procedures, diagrams and workflows
Requirements
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for employment. **Position is virtual, but qualified candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, AR, FL, IA, IN, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, or TX.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated excellence in project planning and organization
- Awareness of and technical experience with a wide variety of Contact center applications and solutions (e.g. Telecom systems, Customer Relationship and Workforce management solutions).
- Awareness and technical support experience with remote access and endpoint security solutions
- Skills in troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, software and network issues
- Ability to conduct independent product technical research and provide related technical recommendations and consulting
- Working knowledge of networking, security and access control protocols\solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate with internal and client leaders.

- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Visio and Microsoft Project
