  • Manage and follow up on leads within the CRM
  • Recover commercial opportunities and non-converted leads
  • Analyze the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement in conversion and processes
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams, sharing feedback on lead quality, frequent objections, and client behavior
