What You’ll Be Doing
- Convert warm, ready-to-enrol leads into active students—no cold calling required.
- Understand each student's goals and match them to nationally recognised qualifications.
- Communicate the real-world value of becoming a builder, site supervisor or trades leader.
- Handle enrolments and paperwork with accuracy and professionalism.
- Use Salesforce to manage leads, track performance, and boost conversion.
- Drive your own success while being backed by a collaborative, mission-led team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You’re confident, curious and skilled at building rapport fast—especially over the phone.
- You have sales, contact centre or enrolments experience and thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
