Responsibilities
Provide quality installation services by following established installation processes
Ability to hang 5" and 6" aluminum gutters, and all aspects of gutter and gutter protection installations
Travel in assigned territory to complete installations at customer location.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization
Follow standard operating procedures
Good work attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and detail-oriented
Previous experience in gutter installation REQUIRED
Knowledge of installation techniques and construction
Ability to stand or bend for prolonged time periods and exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
No fear of heights, ascending/descending ladders up to 40', or standing and walking on a roof.
Must hold valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a box truck
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test, including for marijuana.
Dedication to customer needs, good housekeeping on job site, and solving problems to attain complete customer satisfaction
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Positive, attitude and ability to work on a team
