This course examines the changing nature of deviance in the online world, introducing students to functional definitions of cybercrime, the growing typology of cybercrimes, and socio-legal responses.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• MA in Criminology or a cognate discipline (e.g. sociology/psychology) with a focus on crime or deviance
• Work experience in the field is an asset, as is prior teaching experience
• MEd/EdD will not be considered to meet the minimum educational requirement without specialized graduate training in crime/deviance
• PhD or ABD preferred
