Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally working with large or enterprise-level organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of the digital health landscape and healthcare trends
