As an Account Manager at Wheel, you will own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, operating as a trusted advisor at the intersection of client success, consultative sales, and healthcare innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in account management or customer success
  • 2+ years in healthcare or digital health
  • Strategic business sense
  • AI fluency
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-obsessed, self-directed, and collaborative work style
  • Technical familiarity with digital health landscape and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
