Requirements
- 3-5 years in account management or customer success
- 2+ years in healthcare or digital health
- Strategic business sense
- AI fluency
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

- Technical familiarity with digital health landscape and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
