We are looking for a Global Talent Partner to serve as our central lead for all things Talent Acquisition (TA) on a remote basis. The role involves managing recruitment in a fast-paced, international environment, designing and optimizing recruitment processes, and driving excellence through data.
Requirements
- Experience managing a high volume of global reqs simultaneously across different time zones
- Demonstrable experience in process design (e.g., building interview kits, scorecards, and referral programs)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to integrate disparate business units into a unified process
- Familiarity with global labor markets and UK/international recruitment compliance
