As Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance, you will be responsible for the further development of a rapidly growing team. You will oversee the technical monitoring of our parking facilities and serve as the interface between Operations and Engineering, ensuring the long-term reliability of our system.
Requirements
- Background: You hold a degree in Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations, Operations Data Analysis, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Leadership: You have already gained initial leadership experience or have built teams in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Know-How: You possess a strong technical understanding of hardware and software as well as solid analytical skills when working with data and figures.
- Structured & Organized: You are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured, thorough approach to work.
- Solution-Oriented: You work results-oriented, proactively contribute your own ideas and solutions, and have a strong understanding of operational processes and their impact on other teams and the company as a whole.
- Communication: You have excellent communication skills in English (C1).
