As Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance, you will lead a team of up to 5 people, responsible for technical monitoring of parking spaces and interface between Operations and Engineering. You will contribute to the improvement of company-wide processes and define team goals.
Requirements
- Successfully completed study in Business Informatics, (Business-) Engineering or comparable
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations, Operations Data Analyst, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Leadership responsibility or experience in building a team in a dynamic environment
- Technical understanding of hardware and software, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel knowledge
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python) and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Metabase or Looker)
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
