- Durable Problem Solving: Design automated processes to fix the root causes of system failures.
- Observability & Tooling: Automate manual intervention and eliminate operational toil.
- Defining Platform Capabilities: Identify necessary platform features based on recurring operational signals.
- Cross-Functional: Perform deep-dive operational triage, root cause analysis, and incident response.
