We are looking for a stellar Assistant Controller to join our team! Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will be a trusted partner, building out and managing various aspects of the finance department, including analytics, monthly reporting, accounting operations, systems, audit, and tax. You will build strong relationships across all departments in the Company, instilling a culture of strong communication and partnership with finance.
TheAssistant Controllerwill leadday-to-day finance operations and supervise staff members including functional responsibility overaccountingand internationalconsolidation. Additionally, theAssistant Controllerwillcoordinatetaxcompliance,ensureFloQastandNetSuiteexcellence, andassistwith our banking relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeaccounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance withappropriate GAAPstandards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain internal control and safeguards for SaaS sales results, revenue reporting, accruals, and cash management
- Shorten themonthly closeandreportingcycle
- Primary contactforall audit activitywithBDOandauditedGAAPfinancialstatements
- Use AI to drive process improvements, insights, and efficiencies in the close process, analytics, and reporting effectiveness
- As we continue our internationalprocessimprovement,this role willhelpdrive the structure, rollout, and ongoing oversight
- Analyze financial data and present financial reports inan accurateandtimelymanner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; and provide budget to actual variance reporting
- Key partner in the annual budgeting and planning process
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or finance
- CPArequired
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- 5-7+years of accounting experience
- Internationalmulti-currencyexperience
- Keen AI, analyticand problem-solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
- StrongNetSuiteproficiency
- Strong Excel skills
- Ownership mindset—process improvements andoperationalexcellence arecritical to our finance brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management
