Key Responsibilities
- Design & Build:
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant software applications. - Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, stakeholders, and fellow developers to craft user-centric solutions. - End-to-End Ownership:
Own the full delivery lifecycle – from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance. - Client Engagement:
Participate in client conversations to align technical decisions with business objectives. - Clean Coding:
Write clean, testable, maintainable code, balancing best practices with delivery needs. - Lean Development:
Rapidly build prototypes, MVPs, and production systems in agile, lean cycles. - Knowledge Sharing:

Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience in building distributed systems and managing production-grade projects.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React/Redux.
- Experience with dynamic backend languages (e.g., Ruby with Rails, Python with Django/Flask, PHP with Laravel).
- Familiarity with statically typed languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Rust.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL); ability to optimize queries and interpret query plans.
- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Parcel, Rollup, or esbuild.
- Working knowledge of Linux, SSH, and basic server administration.
- Exposure to Docker and, preferably, Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.
