Requirements

- Excellent listening skills and keen attention to detail.
- Professional telephone etiquette with a warm and persuasive tone.
- Proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivering results.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal growth.
- Tech-savvy and have reliable fiber optic internet connectivity (minimum 50 Mbps).
