We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Compensation, Performance Management System (PMS), and Benefits modules. The role involves leading end-to-end configuration, implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring alignment between HR systems and global business requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules for Compensation, PMS, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with global HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through regular audits and validations.
• Develop and deliver customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
• Manage system enhancements, updates, and change requests in line with HR strategies.
• Provide support for testing activities including UAT and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure consistent system usage across geographies.
