Overview:

Join a passionate founding team and work closely with the leadership to design and deliver highly scalable systems that transform the LLM developer experience. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product from inception, influence its technical direction, and make a significant impact on the future of AI observability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development: Design, develop, and implement new features to enhance the platform and improve developer experience.
Backend & Frontend Services:

Frontend: Next.js, Tailwind CSS
Proxy worker: Wrangler/Cloudflare
Application database: Supabase
Analytics database: ClickHouse
Backend services: Express/AWS ECS
Queue systems: Kafka

End-to-End Ownership: Manage projects from ideation to deployment and post-launch optimization.
Deployment & Operations: Oversee deployment workflows and ensure smooth, reliable system operations.
Collaboration: Work on feature requests, integrations, and documentation enhancements to improve usability.
Community Engagement: Gather user feedback, encourage contributions, and iterate on the product based on real-world use cases.

Preferred Skills

TypeScript Expertise: Strong experience in TypeScript (core to the majority of the codebase).
Database Knowledge: Proficiency with SQL and similar technologies, with experience in ClickHouse, Supabase, and Postgres.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud deployment workflows; experience with Cloudflare is advantageous.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
AI Knowledge: Solid understanding of LLMs and the AI ecosystem.
Hands-On Product Familiarity: Prior use of the platform is preferred to bring valuable user insights into development.
