Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in software like HubSpot CRM, Microsoft teams, Zapier.
Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through training and skill development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.
- The strong ability to work with the team.
- Target driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using software and sales tools i.e.HubSpot CRM, Microsoft teams, Zapier.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
