Our Upsells Sales Development Representatives play a critical role in expanding the value our customers get from Weave. This team connects with existing customers to uncover needs, introduce additional products and features, and set demos that deepen long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Interest in starting or growing a career in SaaS sales or account expansion.
- Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Comfort having consultative conversations focused on value, not pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), but not required.
