Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- A proven track record of successful delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and leveraging declarative features.
- Proficiency with integration patterns (REST/SOAP), data migration tools, and version control systems (Git).
- Strong, hands-on experience and solid understanding of core Service Cloud features and best practices (Case Management, Service Console, Entitlements, Knowledge, Telephony/CTI).
- Experience Cloud Development: Proven experience utilizing the Experience Builder and working with LWR or Aura templates for site design, branding, and customization.
- Knowledge & Case Deflection: Integrate Salesforce Knowledge and Service Cloud Case Management features into the community to facilitate self-service, case creation, and case deflection.
- External User Security: Deep understanding of the specific security and sharing mechanisms for external users (Partner Community, Customer Community, Customer Community Plus).
