We’re a people-first, minority-owned and disadvantaged business based around the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Our fully remote team supports government, energy and commercial clients across the United States and internationally. We take on complex maintenance, construction and infrastructure work that requires experienced people, dependable equipment, materials and disciplined project controls. Rather than treating these needs separately, we bring them together through an integrated project delivery approach built around technology-led planning, clear processes and trusted supplier and service-provider relationships.

Our work includes project development and execution, maintenance support, strategic outsourcing, staffing and recruitment, outage planning, and equipment reliability programs. We have supported major work for the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, the Department of the Navy and commercial nuclear operators. Examples include Palisades restart staffing and controls, Barakah maintenance planning, UPS replacement, crane and hoist inspection, and long-term reliability programs. We also care deeply about the people doing the work and the communities affected by each project, because sustainable results depend on clear communication, technical competence and a shared commitment to the outcome.
